1. Who we are

These terms cover online orders from Nisha Cake Studio (kitchen / brand) operated with D R Enterprises for Hostinger Ecommerce checkout. Outlet: Shop No. 1, Nipun Wonder Mall, next to More store, Shakti Khand 2, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201014. WhatsApp / phone: 98735 53789. Hours: every day, 9:00 am – 9:30 pm.

2. Acceptance

By browsing our websites, adding items to a cart, or completing Hostinger Checkout (including Razorpay or cash on delivery), you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, and our Refund policy. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

3. Products and prices

Cakes, pastries, and gifts are made or packed from our Indirapuram kitchen unless stated otherwise.
Catalog prices are shown in Indian Rupees. Hostinger Checkout may add GST and shipping before you pay.
Photos are illustrative; handmade finishes can vary slightly.
Most items contain gluten and/or milk; kitchens share equipment, so we cannot promise zero cross-contact.

4. Ordering channels

Nisha Catalog (catalog.nishacakestudio.com) sells via Hostinger Ecommerce and Hostinger Checkout.
After checkout, we ask you to send the order summary on WhatsApp to 98735 53789 so the kitchen can process it.
Wholesale / high-qty carts may be confirmed on WhatsApp instead of card checkout.
The main cake ordering site may also open WhatsApp with your cart after UPI payment instructions.

5. Payment

Online: Razorpay (or other gateways enabled in Hostinger) — payment is confirmed when Razorpay reports a payment id.
Cash on delivery (COD): placing a COD order does not confirm baking. Make advance payment (UPI or as agreed on WhatsApp) to confirm the order. Share the payment screenshot in chat.
UPI for advances / studio orders: paytmqr6lce2i@ptys (or the QR shown at checkout / on WhatsApp).

6. Delivery, pickup, and slots

Delivery areas, fees, and slots are those offered at Hostinger Checkout or confirmed on WhatsApp.
Same-day capacity is limited; cut-offs can apply (often around 7:00 pm for same-day cake work).
Someone must be available to receive perishable goods. Failed delivery of cream cakes may not be re-attempted the same day.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, logos, and product photography belong to Nisha Cake Studio / D R Enterprises or their licensors. You may not copy, sell, or republish them without permission.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by Indian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the websites or delay beyond our reasonable control (power, traffic, courier, force majeure). Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we publish a revision on this page.
